KEP'22 - "Quality Ambassador Training" for Higher Education Students

Dear Students,

With the aim of building competencies to ensure student participation in quality assurance processes in higher education and to spread a culture of quality, the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK) Student Commission will organize the"Quality Ambassador Training Program (KEP'22)"between 26 February and 9 March 2022.

• Of the trainings to be held on four different dates, the first will take place on 26–27 February 2022 online .
•  The second training will be held on 01–02 March 2022.

• Students who, as of the application date, are enrolled in an associate, undergraduate or graduate program at any higher education institution and actively continuing their studies may apply for the trainings.

• Applications will be evaluated by observing a balance of criteria such as university, level of study, gender, and regional and program diversity; the number of participants will be determined according to quota capacity.
• (Important note:Completing the application form does not mean that registration for the training has been finalized.)

• Participants can only attend the training on the dates for which they registered. Those who are not selected among the participants for the training on the dates they applied for may reapply for the trainings to be held in the 3rd and 4th weeks.
• Participants are expected to take an active part in the training.
• Students who successfully complete the training will receive a certificate of participation and, if they apply, will be included in the student evaluator pool.
• (Note: Students included in the pool must complete the Evaluator Training organized by the Higher Education Quality Council in order to become evaluators. For students who have completed the Evaluator Training to become evaluators, theymust still be students and must not have graduated.)

Note:Attending the training once is sufficient. Students who have previously attended the YÖKAK Quality Ambassador Training and received a certificate of participation should not apply.

Note: We kindly ask our students who attend KEP'22 to share their certificates of participation with the Bahçeşehir University Quality Management Unit.
